Q: Why doesn't the temperature display when the switch is pressed?

A: 1. There is no battery, and the battery needs to be replaced

2. Press the on/off button, a buzzer will be heard and "188.8*" will be displayed for about 2 seconds before the machine is turned on.

Q: Why does it display LO?

A: Displaying LO means the temperature is lower than 32 degrees Celsius (not the cause of machine failure)

Q: Why does the sticker fall off?

A: The sticker is our small design, you can paste it yourself, it is not a failure and does not affect the use.

Q: How to use it?

A: 1. Press the on/off button, a buzzer will be heard and "188.8*" will be displayed for about 2 seconds.

2. After that, the thermometer will display the last temperature memory record for about 2 seconds, and then display 1C or, the signal "C" or "F flashes, indicating that the thermometer is waiting for use. (Displaying LO means the temperature is lower than 32 degrees)

3. During the measurement process, the current temperature is continuously displayed for about 100 seconds.

4. If you hear a signal tone (5 beeps) and "C" stops flashing, it means the thermometer is displaying the user's body temperature.

5. This thermometer can automatically shut down within 10 minutes after measurement. It is recommended to manually turn off the power immediately after measurement to save energy.
